You are Vickie Diablos. It is April 3rd, 2008, midnight, weather unknown. You are alone. You hear a strange noise and discover a fearless and very curious little mouse in the house. What do you do?

That’s yours truly all right.
Vickie Diablos is an unemployable bum allegedly qualified to work in the health field, a hardcore gamer geek and a socially awkward logic and science nerd. She thought keeping a "cool blog" would make her a cool person. Alas.

Gah! As cute as that little mouse is, I’m absolutely disgusted when I see them running around. We find mice running around my job every once in a while, and I’m the one who jumps up on a chair calling for a manager. Haha!

Hey, thanks for the comment!
That mouse is adorable, for being a verminous interloper. Considering it’s so friendly and brave around humans, I’d be tempted to capture it, haha.

It’s probably friendly and brave with humans because it’s a pet mouse! x_x’ Wild mice don’t have coat patterns like that. Does anyone near you own pet mice?

You know, I was wondering about the coat pattern, too. It also looked too clean to be a wild mouse. But I’ll have to catch it before I can return it to its original owner, which I’ll also have to find… Or did they abandon the poor thing?
Ugh, now I’m worried! What if it goes to another house and gets mauled by a pet cat or gets caught in a mousetrap?

That is a reaaally cute mouse, especially its shot looking up. Heehee. But still I don’t find keeping a mouse as a pet amusing.. It stinks. HAHA.
Anyway, I’m just dropping by.

That mouse is actually very cute. I wouldn’t mind keeping them as a pet either, provided they are clean, of course! ^_^

That lil’ mouse is so cute!!! I remember my parents wanted to kill them when we had mice in our house. I didn’t want them to
But it’s their house. I once saw one that was dying, it was so sad!! I love how you didn’t freak out and took pictures instead. I would probably do the same.

Okay you don’t know me (I’m at tfl
) but I wanted to bother you with my comment anyway
. That mouse is so cute! The picture where he looks directly into the camera made me go into a serious ‘awww’ attack. If it was me though, I probably would have checked box 1 ‘freak out’. Last year I woke up around 3am and there was a mouse walking past my bed. I jumped up, got dressed, hurried outside, got a cab and spend the night a my ex’s. Is that freaking out?

Haha, that’s a new way to deal with mouses. Usually the entire family jumps onto the couches and screams hysterically while my uncle would chase it with a broom.
Oh, we’re brave. So brave.

I would totally have been like you, haha. I own a hamster so I’m not that afraid of mice.

Aw, cute mouse! Are you going to keep him if you can’t find the owner? My Hex would be all “nom nom nom” if he found a mouse wandering around our house!
If you’ve not got a cage or something like that to keep it in temporarily, a cardboard box with small air holes half-filled with shredded toilet page would make an OK home for it

Ew, I just realised my comment makes it sound like the air holes should be half-filled with toilet paper but I actually meant the box. o.O
I’m having one of those mornings…

He looks so cute! What a brave mousey, and you’re brave too cause I know the first thing I would’ve done is screamed my lungs out and run out like a psycho. Good luck trying to catch him and keep him safe from those vicious cats that might get a hold of him!

Gahhh you are brave !!! I’m not sure if I would’ve been able to stay calm and even take pictures *gulp* I did have a mouse in my old appartment, but we set traps but didn’t catch it … totally weird … it never came to visit is again…
The mouse sure doesn’t look like a wild mouse, it’s also pretty rare for a wild mouse to get caught on camera like that !!! I hope you will be able to meet Mr. Mouse again and bring it to safety ~

you take pictures, I reach down, pick them up and talk to them.
I love rodents. I have 2 chinchillas and a russian dwarf hamster right now but I’ve also had geribles, normal hamsters, a deer mouse I saved from my kitty when it was a baby and a rat.
Then again.. I generally pick up and talk to all animals. Frogs, snakes, turtles, cats, dogs, chipmunks, possums, bumble bees.. They call me miss dolittle around here hehe

That. Is. Just. Too. Cute!
An innocent face, looking at you as if thinking “Who me? What did I do?”
At least it was a mouse. If it was a rat – I would have freaked.

um … hell no!
as much as i may look “boyish”, i’d definitely wouldn’t act like one.
i’d jump on something high (chair, table, counter, damned refrigerator, etc.), hope that someone else was home, freak out some more … and only after forever would i even attempt to trap the thing in a bucket and leave it outside.
damn, i hope that i don’t ever encounter a mouse in my house.

For me, i would start entertaining this cute little mouse with all my cookie collection~haha u know im cookie monster!
Yeah~why not keep this “run away kid” as ur pet? it’s clean&beautiful-but if it’s someone’s pet then this little one would go home by itself, nothing can stop him wondering around in human world…
