About Vickiepedia
Vickiepedia, formerly Lean-Forward, is the personal blog of some woman named Vickie Diablos. There are no ads, no sponsored posts, no tutorials, and no shiny stuff to download. Blog posting frequency is directly proportional to the number of interesting daily happenings that I can put into words; if I didn’t blog in a long while, I probably got sucked into yet another MMORPG world again. However random or bizarre an entry may be, they almost always tell something about my life situation. Comments outside spam and alien posts are never deleted or edited, and the number of comments usually only indicates how long I’ve left that post as the most recent entry.
Vickiepedia is best read with a sense of humour and appreciation for wordplay and moderate sarcasm. Please don’t take anything too seriously and don’t take anything, too, seriously. See what I mean? Heh.
According to statistics, “pr0n & trusties” is the most popular category. My favourite category to write in, however, is “say what?”. A couple of blog entries have also been selected as the “Vickie’s specials”, especially for those who are new to the site and want to get a taste of what to expect (sporadically) from the blog.
I wish I could claim to be the one who came up with this brilliant domain name, but it was a friend, Ellis, who did. Now you people have no excuse to misspell my name! (Or you’re just going to misspell my domain name as well…)
Feel free to compliment on the totally awesomesauce domain name here: Lean-Forward is now Vickiepedia.
Vickie Diablos is a postgraduate student in Health Informatics, a hardcore gamer geek and a socially awkward logic and science nerd. She thought keeping a "cool blog" would make her a cool person. Alas.
